DonnaW is a person served by the Arc of Alameda County and is a person with a developmental disability. As we learn more about her through her Vlogs, it is our hope that we all will better understand that people with developmental disabilities aren't much different that the rest of us--their dreams and aspirations are much the same and that with the proper supports those dreams and aspirations are obtainable.
